Where does the show take place?
Inside the Bayou City's favorite luxury destination, Four Seasons Hotel Houston, 1300 Lamar St. Houston, TX. 77010.
How do I know where my seats are?
Reserved First Row and General Admission seats will be assigned during our check-in process. General Admission seats begin on the second row and are assigned by our check-in attendant on a "first come, first served” basis. The check-in process begins 1 hour before showtime (Example: check-in for a 7 pm performance will begin at 6 pm). One member of each party must check-in to receive their party’s seating assignments. After checking in you are not required to wait outside the showroom, but are free to continue enjoying the amenities of the hotel.
Where do I check-in?
You will check-in directly outside of the showroom doors. Guests are instructed to visit the Front Desk as soon as they arrive to the hotel to inquire about the location of the showroom, as the location is subject to change.
Is this a show for kids?
No. The age minimum for this show is 12 years old, no exceptions. Although there is no profanity or crude humor in the show, the environment and content are catered to adults.
What ticket types are available?
We offer First Row ($75) and General Admission ($55) tickets. General Admission seats begin in the second row and are assigned “first come, first serve."
How long is the show?
The performance is 90 minutes and there is no intermission.
Is there a bar inside the showroom?
No.
Are food and drinks allowed inside the showroom?
Beverages purchased at either of the hotel bars (Bayou & Bottle or Toro Toro) are allowed and encouraged, but no food of any kind is permitted.
Are video and photography allowed?
No. During the performance, video and photography are strictly prohibited; however, we do encourage patrons to take photos of their experience before and after the performance.
Is there any "blue" material or profanity in the show?
No. Ben does not employ suggestive, inappropriate, or “blue” material in the performance. Additionally, he does not use profanity. This is a "clean act" from beginning to end.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket and gift certificate sales are final.

Planning Your Visit
Do I need to print out my tickets?
No. Printed and digital tickets are not necessary. Your party will be checked-in under the ticket purchaser’s name.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. The dress code is cocktail attire. In order to maintain the proper atmosphere, please do not arrive to any performance in casual apparel such as torn jeans, shorts, sneakers, t-shirts, tank tops, or baseball caps. The temperature inside the hotel can be quite cool, so bringing a sweater, scarf, or jacket is recommended.
How do I get free valet parking at the hotel?
Complimentary valet parking is available to patrons of Magic, Music, & Mayhem who also purchase food/drink from either Bayou & Bottle or Toro Toro.
In order to receive complimentary valet parking, you must obtain 2 stamps on your valet stub:
A stamp indicating that you purchased food/drink from either Bayou & Bottle or Toro Toro. This stamp will be provided by your bartender or server.
A stamp indicating that you are a patron of Magic, Music, & Mayhem. This stamp will be provided during the check-in process.
Any patrons of Magic, Music, & Mayhem who valet their vehicle but choose not to purchase food/drink from either Bayou & Bottle or Toro Toro will receive a discounted valet parking rate of $25 per vehicle
Is the showroom wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please contact us in order to let us know that you are coming so we may make appropriate accommodations for you and your guests.
